KK Gardiner, A/P
ABC-3rd Edition Co-Chair

KK, along with her husband oversee  the operation and processes for the Bellevue Squadron’s in-class education program.

Growing up in landlocked northeastern Montana, KK arrived in the Pacific Northwest with limited boating experience. So prior to purchasing a boat in 2008, KK and her husband took the BSPS Introductory Boating Course. They had three objectives:  to qualify for the Washington state boating license;  to learn the rules of the road;  and to help them determine  the best boat for them.

After completing that first boating class, they not only bought  their first boat (a 22.5 ft. Defiance pilot-house fishing boat), but KK has now completed classes in Seamanship, Piloting, Weather, and most recently, Advanced Piloting.  She has also completed several of the Squadron’s Saturday seminars.

KK has a BS in medical technology and a MS in health education.
